Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the 12bdt platform, users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If any person below this age limit creates or uses an account, that account will be immediately closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

12bdt provides services targeting users in Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding online gaming in their area.

Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. 12bdt reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided. Each user may create only one account — creating multiple accounts by the same person is considered a violation of these Terms.

Account Security

• Keep your password strong and unique.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension or Closure

12bdt may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Registration using a false identity or information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds must be sent only from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name.
• Funds sent from a number registered in a third party's name may not be processed and will be returned if necessary.
• Using the correct reference number for each transaction is mandatory.

Withdrawal Rules

• A withdrawal request will only be approved once all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile wallet from which the deposit was made.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawals may take additional time to verify.

Welcome Bonus

12bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirements

To receive the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, and only one bonus is accepted per account, household, or IP address.
• If the balance reaches zero while playing with bonus funds, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Certain games may have restrictions on bonus wagering — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
• 12bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the 12bdt platform are tested and ensure fair outcomes. Using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, game results are completely random and unpredictable.

Game Access

The platform offers games across various categories including slots, fishing games, bingo, live casino, and sports betting. Specific games or categories may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or other reasons.

Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by an internet disconnection or any other technical issue, 12bdt will make a final decision based on server-side records. In such cases, the result stored in the system will be considered the accepted outcome.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting markets are governed by rules set by 12bdt. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable betting policy will apply.

Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
• Fraudulent activity, use of computer software, or automated bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using an account operated in a third party's name.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's security systems or software.
• Collusion or coordinated betting with other users.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

• Repeatedly playing in an attempt to recover lost money.
• Borrowing money from family or friends due to gambling spending.
• Being unable to stop playing or losing control.

Service Interruption
